Q. Do you have tuxedos to purchase?
A. Yes, we carry new and used tuxedos in stock at all times for sale.
Q. Do I need an appointment?
A. This is the most frequently asked question of all. Unlike other smaller
stores, we are a very large store, fully staffed. You never need an
appointment to browse or shop for tuxedos. For dress shopping, you only
need an appointment on Saturdays. (Although some
complex dress alterations do require appointments.)
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.
We also accept debit cards. Personal checks are also welcome, if you have
a valid Driver's License.
Q. Do you have a layaway plan?
A. Yes, we have a very lenient layaway plan, and will work with you to make
your plans come true.
Q. Can I
get a tuxedo for this weekend?
A. Yes, you can get a tuxedo while you wait, if need be. We have
thousands of tuxedos in stock.

Do you have boys tuxedos, and how much do they cost?
A. Yes, we have boys tuxedos, down to size 3, and they rent for $5-$10 less than
the adult price. We also have some toddler tuxedos.

Can you send me a
brochure with ladies apparel?
A. There are really no brochures that we can send you. The
manufacturers don't even bother to print brochures, because the styles of
dresses change so frequently. We suggest you purchase magazines from your local
bookstore, or check out the websites of manufacturers. Those resources
will contain the most photos and up-to-date information.

When do I pick
up and return my tux?
A. Usually you pick it up on a Friday, and return it on a Monday.
Special arrangements can be made for special circumstances.

Do I
need to come down again to try on my tux?
A. We request that each individual tries on their tux, one last time, before
taking it out of the store.
Q. Tell me about dress prices?
A. Dress
prices can be very complicated, due to the continual seasonal changes, as well
as manufacturing costs. Please

Do you offer any discounts?
A. We have a "GROOM
GOES FREE" program. With
six or more rentals, the groom gets his tuxedo FREE. (Valid for
in-stock tuxedos only, shoes & tax
are not included). Other
discounts
are also available for groups.

When do I pick
up and return my tux?
A. Normally, tuxedos
are picked up on a Friday, and returned on Monday. We can usually make additional
arrangements, should you need
them.
Q. Do you deliver tuxedos?
A. We
will deliver to many area hotels, although that we prefer that you (and your
group) come in and try on
your tuxedo. There is a $5.00 charge per tuxedo for delivery and/or a $5.00
charge for pickup.
Q. Do you carry formal tuxedo shoes?
A. We have five (5) styles of shoes. The cost of rental is $15.

Q. Can I just rent some formal
shoes for men?
A. Yes, there is a charge of $15 for the rental, and then a $20 security deposit will also be
charged.
Q. Do you press dresses or
wedding gowns that were not purchased at your store?
A. Yes, there is a charge between $10 and $35, depending on the complexity of
the garment.
